Unable to connect - stuck on "setting up" or "connecting to gear s2 (F930)...

As you can see in the object, from yesterday my s2 wont reconnect to my Meiyu M2 Note.
Nothing happens, yesterday for the first time it disconnected and now i'm unable to connect again.

I did a factory reset on my S2 and on my phone too, re-paired bluetooth a lot of time, edit buld.prop. Nothing happens.

Any ideas?

ps) Gear s2 , samsung and people who works as developers in are all ridicolous.
