is my phone new or refurbished ? and the system still in 5.1.1 ...why ?

I bought a new galaxy s6 g920f ( or g920p - i don't know ) here is a screenshot of : about phone

phone information from CPU-Z ( display g920p !!! )

the android version still in lolipop Although the others in 6.0 !!
and when i check the imei using imei analyzer :

but when i write*#06# in the dial

imei analyzer and other apps show the imei started with 99000
but when i write in the dial ( *#06# ) ... show the imei : started with 35231 ..... !!!

imei.info show me this information
the 99000.... imei show : galaxy s5
and 35231... imei show : galaxy s3

is this galaxy s6 refurbished or not ? and why the system still in lollipop ?
