LG G Flex 2 (LS996-V6) front and back Cameras won't record video, only takes pictures

Hi All,

I have the sprint G Flex 2, the camera won't record a video at all. when I click or record button, camera app closes when using the back camera. And when using the front camera the camera app displays an error message "An error has occurred"

Can you help please, what can I do?
