Honor 6 L-04 factory reset dilemmas

Hi,

I have the Huawei Honor H60-L04.
When I bought the mentioned Huawei, on it already had been installed KitKat 4.4.2. (B114) with EMUI 2.3
After a few months, I successfully updated it (official update) to Lollipop (B521) with EMUI 3.1 (unfortunately updated without wipe cash)
A few days ago I successfully updated it (official update) to Marshmallow (B820) with EMUI 4.0 (unfortunately again without wipe cash)
Does anyone know what would happen if I would make the factory reset of the phone? Would it make to back to the first - factory installed OS (Kit Kat 4.4.2 with EMUI2.3) or the last updated Marshmallow (clean - without any application and cashes)?
