How to Install an International Rom using Twisted Kernel For MM

I am successfully running the latest CarHDRom V.22-3 on my Tmobile SM-G925T variant, running Android 6.0.1 using the Sickness just posted Twisted-MM-V1 kernel and a call audio patch by Mr.X for MM. Yes...call audio is now working perfectly with the twisted kernel and the Sickness I know is about to release a V2 anytime now. I am NOT endorsing any one ROM. I only am giving a method I used to have this working for the first International ROM on our TMobile variant. No WiFi calling if you have to ask. That's a lo priority for me. If it is higher up for you, then just disregard this :)
I basically did a Nandroid backup first of my last XtreStol 3.3 MM setup. Have the ROM, kernel, and audio patch ready on your SD card. Bootup to TWRP. Do a full wipe. Everything except for Internal storage. Then flash the Aroma installer for the ROM, which offers a leave everything alone or a full wipe. Choose full wipe. It also offered two kernels or leave as is. I chose to leave as is since I basically did a full wipe and planned on using the Twisted kernel.
Now, after I flashed the ROM, I UNTICKED the reboot automatically option. I then flashed the new kernel. I did NOT chain flash the audio patch since I did NOT know there would still be a call audio issue at this point. Anyways, I let the ROM boot up. It took a good 5-7 minutes to get to the startup screen so WAIT. You are NOT in a boot loop. I then rebooted to recovery, flash the MM audio patch and after a reboot...everything with call audio was NOW FUNCTIONAL
The link I am providing here for call audio patch will DIRECTLY DOWNLOAD IMMEDIATELY to your computer. That's just the way this link is. I have NO OTHER links to a direct download page for this particular patch. If anyone can find a regular link the pulls up a specific page showing the Mr. X Call audio patch for MM, then please feel free to add to my post.
Enjoy!!!!
