Installed Recovery but no zip

Hi,

I managed to install Team Win Recovery but when I wiped it, I lost my ROM Zip file...When I plug my phone into my pc I can't copy it across anymore...

How can I transfer the Zip across to my phone now?
I can't reboot my phone as it's took my original OS off...
