No sound on incoming calls

I recently flashed to Cm13 on my oneplus two and have no sound for incoming calls, all other sounds are fine. I've turned off the do not disturbed feature and even flashed it to Ressurection Remix rom, but still the problem persists.

Any help would be much appreciated.
