Not able to backup my TA

I downloaded latest version of Backup TA 9.11, I have rooted phone and I have NutsDualRecovery and when I try to back up TA I only get this:

remote object '/sdcard/backupTA.img' does not exist

and it says my back up was unsuccessfull

I scoured the web and yet I still have no idea what happened

Please help
