Plz help****phone restarting after rooting****

Hi guyz...plz help.i was trying to unlock my boot loader but when the entire process got over..my ph is getting restarted again and again and its not going on the home screen nor to the recovery nor the boot loader is unlock..plz assist my ph is almost dead
and i cant flash twrp again because my pc is not detecting my phone and.i have installed both adb driver and asus pc driver..plz assist
