Who wants to see Android's native upsampling disabled for all App's?

Those of us with external DAC's(I use Chord Mojo) hate Android's native upsampling. The only way to get around it right now is to use the excellent UAPP app. Unfortunately it's limited to Tidal and playback of on-device files. I would love to see a hack or app that would force all audio sent to an external DAC to bypass the phones native upsampling and DAC chip altogether and do this for all apps like youtube, bandcamp, etc. The upsampling does not increase audio quality if using a capable external DAC, in fact it lowers it. I've been told this is impossible, but no one thought something like Bitcoin was possible either. There is a significant market demand for such a hack/app among audiophiles, anyone who made it happen could make good money.
