How to Install Custom TWRP recovery on LG D858HK 6.0 v30a (Marshmallow)

I upgraded my LG G3 D858HK to Marshmallow v30a, I would like to install custom TWRP recovery on my phone, although my phone is not rooted yet, Please guide me how I can do this

actually I want to install SuperSU binary(which is in zip file) to root my phone.
