So i check the sammobile site and they have the software for Swisscom 6.0.1 but my phone still didn't pick up the OTA update. I also tried to connect it to smart switch and it doesn't show the update.
How can i verify my carrier info because I bought this phone from a retail store here in Switzerland so I'm not sure if my carrier is Swisscom or not.
