d620r doesnt boot (stuck on the first screen) and hard factory reset dont work

Hi
My G2 mini d620r doesnt boot (stuck on the first screen)

I tried to do a few times hard reset but its stay stuck after (the reset process showed for a second and then it came back to the stuck screen of LG)

someone have an idea how can i save this phone?

i also tried to unbrick but it didnt went go so well. sometimes its recognize the lg and sometimes its dont but when i trying to do the process it cant find it
