error in sideloadimg apps on lg watch urbane. any help

hello guys.

i used the app called apps2wear but it constantly gave me error the adb too gave me the error what can i do it prompts me for the adb permission on phone but the watch stsrts to popup message which says unfortunately settings has stopped. help me to sideload apps directly from phone please help me guys. please.

lg g3 running stock msrshmallow
