So I've been trying to accomplish one of 2 goals here:
1: change my WiFi Mac address
2: get on Google Play Store while Bluetooth tethered from another phone
I'm currently running CM13 nightly. When Bluetooth internet is being leached from another phone (because changing WiFi mac doesn't work) I can't connect to the Play Store/Games/Services
