How do you clean an infected mobile Infinix x-551

I tried to erase everything several times and to delete everything in safe mode, tried to remove all administrators roles under security menu but dozens of apps keep installing.
How to clean it? I do not know if it is a virus, malware, adware ....etc
Tried kaspersky for android too
Please help urgently
