i received a htc 816 dual sim stuck on bootloader. it's A5 DUGL variant with s-off.
No matter what I do I can't find ruu stock files for this model.i have downloaded at least 4 TWRP version for 816(none of them mentioned support for DUGL version,they just supported dual sim) which are flashed successfully but when I press recovery button, it just shows HTC log for one second max and then goes back too bootloader.so I can not flash custom roms if I had them.my searching for stock files for this model have been fruitless.it has been 3 days now.i must be doing something wrong.
My customer says that this phone was flashed with another serviceman and got stuck on bootloader and she was told the eeprom was dead.
