I know I will be mocked and it's OK. I tried the kingroot feature and it said installation failed rebooted on it's own. Now it's stuck on the metro PC's screen and won't do anything. I tried the hard reset with the power and Dow button said yes twice and still no luck. I spent all my money on buying 2 brand new phones accessories and all and I'm stuck. My warranty is now voided.. can anyone help this dummy? Thanks
