need help with restoring e8

Hey guys. Today I wanted to reflash my european e8 with stock rom and it was just started massive problems. I had rooted phone with s-on

Seriously I dont know what went wrong but all I see now is TWRP catalog on my device. Nothing is booting, I just want to flash some stock rom and continue with updates. Is there anyone who can provide some newbie tutorial....I need my phone so badly :(

p.s. I allready tried to copy RUU to sd card but hboot said that update is to big and it fails....Please help
