Oneplus Customer Service

All,

Wondering if others can chime in on what to expect or if what I'm experiencing is normal.

I purchased the OP2 on Jan 10 and got an invite for the OPX. Asked to cancel the order for the OP2 and it had already been processed. They suggested I refuse shipment from FedEx. Got the OP2 three days later and I missed the truck.

Decided to play with the phone to see if my concerns are that it's too large/massive. It was. I requested RMA same day. Finally received RMA about a week later after two requests.

Shipped phone back, tracked package to FL where it was shipped. Received email confirming. Received RMA ticket update that phone was received and going through assessment for condition etc. Feb 12th I emailed for status update. Got a reply Feb 22nd saying it passed inspection. Feb 23rd email saying it was going through insepction.. AGAIN.

Forgot about it... til March 15th and inquired.... NO RESPONSE. Called today Mar 21st and spoke with a lady and even they suggest I wait 24-48 hours.

Is this normal? I wish they would just send it back so I can sell it or give it away. WTF? Suggestions?
