[Q]a bug that wifi can't turn off for N9006 roms which base on cm13 and cm12.1.

I had been try Temasek ,Blisspop and Remix.
This bug will appear by
1. Turn on wifi
2.Do not connect any wifi internet.
3.Turn off wifi
This time System show you that wifi is turn off ,but You go to battery that you can see wi-fi still turn on ,and battery drain.
If you turn on wifi and connect any internet ,This bug won't appear.
May be this bug just on N9006 @DrawnToLife @Lord Eko @genesixxbf3

In this screenshot the wifi had been turned off ,but in battery it still turn on.
