remix os is great for some productivity stuff but since i have tried it for a week but no way around it plays videos on youtube or anyother streaming app or site so lets assume that this is a bug and i hope devlopers at jide will try to remove it in upcoming update. but until then if you want to play some video offline you can use vlc android app and it works fine on remix.:)
