I'm in the process of learning the ropes... made the jump from iOS to Android in November, quickly gained interest into trying different ROMs (Cataclysm, then Chroma, the CM, and now back on Chroma), and most recently, I am learning about custom Kernels (have only tried FK, and am happy). I'm also on ProjectFi and while I have searched around, I have not found a path to follow for an issue I am having. Before I started making changes, ProjectFi dialer codes worked. I was able to change carriers when necessary or repair my connection. This week, I attempted to force a carrier change from sprint to Tmo, but the system is not recognizing the dialer codes, or at least will not react to them. As I am searching for answers, is this something to do with the ROM or the Kernel? When I do have issues, is there a clear cut method of determining which features/functions are ROM or Kernel related?
