System repairing of a phone with corrupt Android and Recovery Mode

How can I install a Recovery ROM on a phone which is not booting ?

My phone is the THL T6C, Android 5.1. It seems that the system has been damaged during the corrupt restoring of a backup with TitaniumBackup.
The system on my phone freezes after THL-logo appears.
Furthermore, when I'm trying to start the recovery mode (using Power + Vol(+)) and then choosing "Recovery Mode" from menu bar, Android-logo and message "No Command!" appears .

When I'm connecting this phone to PC, PC sees it as "Android Devices", but it can't access to phone.

I have downloaded the Recovery ROM for THL T6C
"THL T6C – Recovery TWRP 2.8.7.0 by jemmini (4PDA)"
in "img" formate from "Needrom" page .

I have downloaded a scatter file for MT6580, too.

Is it possible to repear my phone in this state of system by installing of this Recovery ROM and which tools I need therefor ?

Thanks in Advance for your assistance - sincerelly yours - robur70
