Computer doesn't see phone in fastboot mode.

Hello guys

I'm new here, and i hope I'll can help others, but i need help too ;/
Yesterday i bought a second hand HTC One m7. I cleanad it and want give root access . But for this necessarily need is the unlocked bootlader.
I unlocked it, and flashed twrp recovery 2.5.0.0. Here i had a big trouble because touch wasn't work and i can't remove battery :/ .
I downladed adb and reboot phone by adb command. But from this time I can't flash any other kernel or recovery and any other things by fastboot :( . In the fastboot on up i have "TAMPERED" and under it i have "UNLOCKED".
More intresting is that when i set command "adb devices" the list is empty with phone in fastboot. Probably this is source of my problem. I was reinstalling drivers of fastboot but still the same.
I don't know what can i do.

I'll be very thankful for help and sorry for my bad english :)
