Connect Gear S with a Samsung Galaxy S5 with CM12/13

Hi guys, how I can connect the Gear S with a CM13 Samsung Galaxy S5? Because if I try it tells me that the phone has changed OS and so it doesn't make me connect che Fear to the phone. Help
