I'm a developer of Evo Explores, the game recently released on windows store. I was amazed by original game Monument Valley. I know that there are many people who want more new levels for Monument. So I decided to fulfill their need and to make my own game. One year of development and here it is :)
I extended original game with few new mechanics, I hope people will like them. There are "Cassette roll", "Hide the gap" and "Projection" mechanics. Some of them were taken from Echochrome PS game, others from Bloxorz (I don't know if it original game or not).
Predicting some haters posts I'll tell that taking game mechanics is not stealing. If so, there would be no first person shooter after the Doom.
I'm planning to make a series of blog posts about development of Evo Explores and about technical issues I encountered while making the game.
Unfortunately, I can't post any images or links, but trust me, the game looks nice :)
