Galaxy note 4 select a homepage(no apps can perform this action)and phone stopworking

my phone acting strange after enable data and wifi, and now my completely can't use at all except power on, volume down and up.....other cannot be use... although I try to homepage...it just black screen and "no apps can perform this action" pop up...
