Hitmarker glitch

I play modern combat 5 blackout and I get way too often hitmarker glitch in multiplayer .I hv contacted their customer care many times but they hv same answer every time and it isn't helping me.I wanted to know what causes hitmarker glitch and I want some permanent fix for it.I came here coz I couldn't find it anywhere and I know u guys r best .plz help. I hv 1mbps connection. Not rooted but want to be kingroot failed and don't want to root from PC.
