I'm trying to restore my phone with LG Flash Tool to reset stock firmware kdz. As they said in this thread, I uninstalled LG Mobile Tool, deleted LGMOBILEAX, and restarted the computer, but I always have the same issue. The program crashes saying lgusercstool lgmobile application has stopped working so I don't know what to do.
