My IMEI Suddenly Change

Need HELP, I have SM-N900 (Indonesia) with stock ROM 5.0 Update via OTA and Non Rooted i use this phone more than a year and ALL WORKING NORMAL but suddenly last Friday came an issue with "Not Registered Network" can't make a call, sms, but can connect wifi and bluetooth when i check my IMEI it show up " 004999010640000/01

Can someone help me to fixs this issue ??
