[Q] Updating firmware after rooting? -> Marshmallow

Hello all,

I have a HTC ONE M8 (UK) that I rooted, I have just received a push notification saying Marshmallow is available, I attempt to update however the phone just boots into TWRP and doesn't install the update. Any suggestions?
