SD Card App Transfer and Bluetooth Issue

Hi,

I went back to the basic and installed the official P228 ROW that comes as a system upgrade.
Problem:-

1. None of the apps are able to detect any bluetooth device. Although I can find them when I search it from the bluetooth menu in the settings.
2. I cannot move any of the apps to SD card. The option is not available even for the non-system apps

Can you please help?
