My galaxy s4 is running kit kat.
Arrived in Montreal last night and my phone will not connect to the mobile network. Roaming data is off but the mobile network is set to global. My phone is also telling me "the sim card is not from Verizon". Phone was working perfectly until we crossed the border.
Any suggestions? I think it might be a kit kat issue because the last time I was here, phone worked fine, but I think I was on lollipop.
