Wireless & Bluetooth suddenly UNAVAILABLE

i have a Sony Xperia Z3 Compact (rooted)
Model No. D5803
Android Version: 5.0.2
Baseband : 8974-AAAAANAZQ-00049035
Kernel : 3.4.0-perf-g72984dd
Build: 23.1.A.0.726

suddenly i cant turn on WiFi or Bluetooth when i check in Settings -> About Phone -> Status
my WiFi MAC & Bluetooth addresses are unavailable

i can get any logs that may help just tell me how to get it
