I have a Galaxy Note Edge - Sprint (SM-N915P) Software version : N915PVPU4CPOFE it has only 5 languages, English, Vietnamese and some other Asian languages, I was looking around the internet for a solution to add other languages but no changes till now, I've rooted my phone and installed "Language Enabler" and "Morelocal 2" without any success, is there any other solution for that.
