Some CPU cores don't go to idle

I use lenovo vibe p1a42 which have Qualcomm MSM8939 Snapdragon 615 with octa core processor. When I viewed the CPU on cpuz and droid info apps, I found that the cores 5,6,7,8 never go to idle. They are always clocking at minimum of 800 MHz even when I don't open any app. While the cores 1,2,3,4 clock and stop normally.
What do you think about that? . Do I have a problem?
