So, here's an output from CDMA workshop where everything labeled "inactive item" is not working.
As you can see, most of the stuff. I have no sound, camera is not working, microphone, speaker, you name it.
Now to the story of how I got here. I bought my phone on eBay from a reseller, as used but in excellent condition (which I confirm).
I couldn't unlock it directly (from Sprint) since I needed a phone number and a pin code of the previous owner *which I didn't have and reseller couldn't/wouldn't give it to me*.
Still unlocking was easy enough and I was happy to bring my phone to Europe and use it with a SIM card without problems.
Since I despise anything related to TouchWiz, I was more than happy to install a custom ROM (Resurrection Remix 6.0.1) and everything was working fine till the last update.
Then I've lost the sound, couldn't make the phone calls and I thought that returning to a stock ROM would make things right (L720SPTFNG2, the one I got it with).
But this didn't help at all, since I can't even do a first step into figuring out what's wrong which is to have the device activated (have no idea if half of these things don't work because the device isn't activated).
Of course, I don't have access to Sprint here so I read a bit on how to do this and a post by AlpineMan gave me all the outside informations but I couldn't get the one I needed from my phone.
Specifically AAA password.
Tried with CDMA Workshop, DFS, EFS Explorer (did "open sesame door" trick), QXDM but there's no way for me to read it (EFS Explorer shows both .efs_private and nvm as locked).
Tried calling Sprint but they wouldn't give it to me (expected).
So, I'm kinda stuck now and don't know what to do.
All suggestions welcome.
