I had made an update about Kies. This missed. The mobile phone restarted again and again.
So I did not come in the menu. So I had made a Factory Reset. I had no change to deaktivate the reactivation barrier.
Now the mobile phone is locked. I can't log in my Samsung account. Over and over again "processing failed".
Samsung means, I must send in the mobile phone. The mobile phone is/was rooted and Knox is on 4. Why on 4 I do not know. Perhaps through flashing the firmware.
Then I tried to flash a one-piece firmware. Download mode and Recovery mode are still working.
Mobile phone is also recognised. But the flashing brought no solution. Still locked.
If I send it in, it will cost between 200 and 300 . That is to much. Is it possible, to fix the mobile pone and I can use it?
Samsung means it also could be, that the partition table is brocken.
Could anybody help?
I hope everybody understand my problem, because my favorit language is german. :)
