How Do I Disable the Top Bar On the Lock Screen When Playing Spotify?

I use an AUX cord in my car and this annoying little bar keeps popping up:

It is the top bar with the headphones, video, phone, YouTube, and void recorder.

I am on Verizon Note 3 and running Lollipop 5.0.
