SSH connects & immediately kills the session - after moving from OS3 to OS5 (rooted)

Help Please - Thank you in advance!

my rooted FTV1 was on OS3 and all was working fine. I updated to a pre-rooted OS5 build - everythign went smoothly.

But now the SSH login connects but immediately kills the session.
- I connect without issue using ADB via ethernet
- I verified Busybox is installed (I reinstalled it too) and SSH is running; even tried changing from port 22 to 2222
