I received a text from Sprint saying "We saw data usage on your account not allowed by our terms & conditions."
I called them, they informed me that I was using over 50% data that wasn't on my device. They further stated they were mailing me a letter in reference to this issue.
Looks like they now have the ability to tell if you are running a Rooted HotSpot.
