I have a 16GB Sandisk class 4 card. It worked fine in a tablet running both CM11 and CM13. It's formatted exFAT (not sure why it's not FAT32). Put it in the Moto G I got today and it claims the card is corrupt and wanted me to format it. I pulled it out and my PC read it just fine (again). I could format it in the phone but then I'd have to recopy several GB worth of pictures onto it again which I'd prefer not to do. Just wondering if it's normal for the Moto G to only read cards that have been formatted in the phone itself. Or is it the exFAT format it's having trouble with?
