Help note 5 battery problem help

I have rooted my phone before and then unrooted after that my phone battery started draining about 10% and hour when screen off and airplane mode on and when i was using the phone the battery lasted about 5hour maximum i tried rooting again and tried different firwares same error now i have install deep sleep fix and it showed a better performance when screen off hut still the battery drains really very fast its like every 3minutes 2% when using phone and when screen off there is no drain please help me
