(REQUEST) Sharp Aquos Xx 302SH Custom Rom (4.3 or above)

I just have this new phone and I really love it, but it comes with Android 4.2.2 (not compatible with the notifications from my Fitbit Charge HR) and also the new app versions.

I have found some opensource things in the Sharp Developers page (In Japanese)

I just want to get at least Lollipop in this beast, see specs below:

Somebody can help root, mod, unlock, and unleash the potential of this phone? as I said, Im willing to donate to pay the invested time!

I also have read about some sellers of this phone who have unlocked the LTE bands, is that possible? maybe QSPT?
