[Q] change samsung recovery menu "phone version"

Hi friends :)

Galaxy note 4 has a phone version ( LHY47X.N910PVPU4COJE ) in recovery mode.

My questions:
1. How can i change or hide the version?
2. Where is "recovery mode" path from root?
