I've had the phone since mid-March. I've had maybe a handful of random reboots over the course of the last three months. Beginning last Friday, I've been having some really annoying random reboots and freezes. I've tried formatting my sd card, using the phone without an sd card, factory resetting my phone but it's still acting up. I even did the whole reinitialisation process on smart switch TWICE, but it still freezes. When I reset I set it up as a new phone and don't restore anything except Whatsapp from google back up and my contacts.

http://ift.tt/299xEP3 Here is a picture of it having frozen with weird miscolored lines near the bottom quarter of the screen. This disappears after I reboot. This happens quite often and where the lines are changes almost every time. It is completely unresponsive and button - volume down button combination to get it to restart.
Here is a video of it being unresponsive and eventually rebooting by itself
