So as a start to this, the phone is recognizable when running adb devices, I can see it listed there. However, when trying to use the phone in MTP mode, it tells me that there is not a suitable driver.
What I have tried so far:
So when all that is said and done, I get the following screens attached below.

I also tried using this guide to find a MTP Device:
http://ift.tt/291QbKF
But that does not exist in either the latest zip download of the USB drivers, or the Google SDK drivers.
I only have the option for:
Android ADB Interface
Android Bootloader Interface
Android Composite ADB Interface
Could anyone provide me with some ideas?
EDIT: I have also tried two USB cables, both have the same issue. The Nexus 6P OEM Cable, and the iOrange Cable.
What I have tried so far:
- Uninstalling device in Device Manager on Windows 10
- Reboot both phone and laptop
- Downloading the latest driver version from Google
- Turning off USB Debugging on the 6P
- Connecting phone
- Attempt to use recently downloaded USB Driver on phone
