1GB users missing features? Fix!

1GB models of the 2015 Moto G come with a flag in build.prop that looks like this:

This flag causes a few missing features, such as:

• "Ok Google" from any screen.
• Chrome's recent tabs showing as text instead of cards when the recents integration is disabled.

Simply setting this flag to false fixes the issue.
