After attempting to root, I cannot use wifi or data

I attempted to root using this method, I am on ZVC. I followed the instructions in the program and when my phone turned back on, I can't use wifi or mobile data.

I tried typing ##UPDATE# in the dilaer.
I tried rebooting.
I tried turning on airplane mode and turning it off.


Any suggestions on how to fix this?
